Strong and long-standing companies thrive over the years for a number of reasons. And one of them is having that family atmosphere. Since the early years of Rencor, its late founder Arsenio Bea instituted a company outing each year where employees and their families stop operation for an overnight of fun and enjoyment outside Metro Manila.
It’s a tradition that eventually took a deeper root as Mr. Bea’s wife Corazon and now, their daughter and current company president, Engr. Archelle B. Baculi, have continued despite the growing number of employees that has reached over 100 people today.
But it’s also one tradition that has contributed to the vibrancy and health of Rencor, which with God’s help, continues to stand strong even through the ups and downs of the country’s economy. It’s something Rencor’s top-level management will continue to do, knowing that human resources is the lifeblood of the company.
RENCOR is truly grateful to the men and women who tirelessly work year in and year out behind the scenes to provide genuine comfort and convenience to our client.
